UC300 is a 3-6 axis high-performance motion control card based on MACH3 software. Zhongliantuo Numerical Control Co., Ltd. lasted four years of research, development and debugging, and finally upgraded to this version, with stable performance, high control accuracy, and strong anti-interference ability. The highest output pulse of UC300 is 300Khz, the pulse width is adjustable, and the differential connection can be connected to standard stepping and servo motor drives; UC300 is connected to a computer through a standard USB interface to communicate with the MACH3 software, the operation is simple and reliable, but it is recommended to use shielded cables. Connect to reduce the chance of interference.
UC300 numerical control system adopts ARM design framework, ARM completes parts including communication, code analysis, underlying algorithm and control pulse generation. The design is reasonable, the control is reliable, and the operation is convenient.
